Jamie Lynn Spears performed at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville CT on Thursday, July 9, 2015. Her set of 20 songs included her debut single from 2013, “How Could I Want More.” What comes across immediately when listening to Spears is the depth of emotion and personal meaning in her songwriting. One example of that is “I Got The Boy,” Jana Kramer’s recent hit which Spears co-wrote with Tim Nichols and Connie Harrington. Spears showed a real connection with the audience while performing, and then stayed afterwards to meet everyone, take pictures, and sign autographs. Spears returns to Connecticut on Sunday, August 23rd at the Ridgefield Playhouse.
