I don’t know how it feels to be black in America.

I don't know how it feels to walk down the street at night and feel eyes of suspicion.
I don't know what it's like to carry the worry for my child simply because they are black.
I won't pretend to.

In a world full of beauty we experience extreme darkness. This should go without saying: Racial inequality and injustice is a massive worldwide problem. To turn a blind eye to this is to be inhuman. These problems need to be fixed. Justice needs to be served.

An American was slain on the streets of the United States.
If I was racially oppressed for hundreds of years to know it led to where we are as a country, I think I’d be pissed enough to riot too.
I don’t know what it’s like to be oppressed, but I do have a voice, and so do you.
